Calendula Body Butter,

Calendula officinalis, also known as pot marigold, is a bright and colourfull flower with serious healing power. Known for its anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and skin-soothing properties, it’s a staple in natural skincare for good reason. Calendula oil is the perfect base for a rich, nourishing & body butter that will soothe dry or sensitive skin

Mango butter

(optional) natural preservative + skin booster

Recipe

  1. Melt the butters & beeswax in a double boiler. Stir gently until fully melted.

  2. Remove from heat, let it cool for a minute, then stir in your calendula-infused oil.

  3. Once mixture is slightly cooled but still liquid, add your essential oils and vitamin E.

  4. Let the mixture cool in the fridge until semi-solid (about 30–60 minutes). Whip with a hand mixer until light and fluffy.

  5. Spoon into a clean glass jar. Keep in a cool, dry place for up to 6-12 months.

¼ cup shea butter 

¼ cup mango (or cocoa) butter 

1 tbsp beeswax 

Optional: 10–15 drops essential oil (lavender, chamomile, or frankincense work well)

Optional: 1 tsp vitamin E oil
